Catering A Minneapolis Event
Sunday April 1st was fool’s day, but there were no tricks happening at the Spirit Squad Banquet being held at TCF Bank Stadium (click “book event”), just a lot of support and congrats by the Spirit Squad, coaches, faculty, family and friends! This is an annual event that they hold each year for the squad to celebrate another great year in cheering and CRAVE Catering was proud to participate in the Minneapolis event.
The event started out with some mingling followed by a brief welcome and blessing for the food that CRAVE Catering made. The lunch consisted of our famous CRAVE Salad with goat cheese and pine nuts, along with some artisan bread and lemon herb butter. Each guest had their choice of Chicken Wellington (with mushroom duzelle, fresh spinach, gruyere cheese, baked in a pastry puff), Fresh Atlantic Salmon (with Thai Chili Buerre Blanc sauce), or Three Cheese Ravioli. CRAVE Catering’s Pastry Chef, Saras Langeslag made a variety of delicious mini cupcakes, and they were a hit! Many thanks were given to staff, about the excellent service and food, by the guests. Throughout lunch there were TV’s and screens throughout the room to play back on competitions and sporting event shows by the Spirit Squad and when lunch was completed, the ceremony began with awards. The event was filled with fun and excitement, even Goldy the Gopher and made an appearance.
