CRAVE Catering sponsored a post show reception for “Guts and Glory: An evening with Anthony Bourdain and Andrew Zimmern” that was held last Saturday at the State Theater.
For those who don’t know, Anthony Bourdain and Andrew Zimmern are chefs, authors, and TV personalities for the Travel Channel! Guests of the event enjoyed a ‘show’ with Bourdain and Zimmern and then came up on the stage to get their posters signed while enjoying light hors d’oeuvres and delicious cocktails from CRAVE Catering!

- – Honey Chicken Salad Profiterole: Tarragon chicken salad with grapes.
- – Sesame Seared Tuna (HUGE hit): Ahi tuna seared with sesame atop a wonton crisp with wasabi mayo and cilantro.
- – Polenta Mini Cake: Chevre sundried tomato pesto and chive garnish.
- – Cookies: Chocolate chip, M&M, peanut butter, and oatmeal raisin.
