Executive Catering Chef Lance Hamlin from CRAVE Catering is working on new menu items, one of which is called Busted Shrimp. We are photographing and documenting recipes today for spring additions.
This is Jumbo Shrimp, stuffed with lump crabmeat, brie, Panko bread crumbs, fresh thyme, scallions, Alder wood smoked sea salt and red pepper.
Another fantastic new item is the Dragon Mahi. Here are some pictures of Chef Lance preparing it and a final plated picture.
