Minnesota Monthly Food & Wine Experience kicked off March 2nd and 3rd at Target Field, and being the fastest growing catering company, CRAVE Catering Minneapolis proudly made our presence felt!
CRAVE Catering was joined by CRAVE Restaurant and sister concepts UNION Restaurant and figlio, who were in attendance for the first time. Passionate foodies and wine lovers filled the Metropolitan and Legends Clubs of Target field and enjoyed a fabulous view of the Minneapolis skyline while dabbling in savory bites and delicious wines from hundreds of great restaurants, caterers, and liquor vendors.
Food and wine enthusiasts mingled and sampled from over 350 fine wines, 75 specialty beers, and 200 exhibitors serving the best food in the Twin Cities. Guests had no trouble discovering why this much-anticipated event is the “most delicious weekend of the year!”
CRAVE Catering was once again paired with Washington State Wine and we served our classic California Rolls and savory Steak Bites. We tempted all the dessert lovers with Hazelnut White Chocolate Truffle Pops and Dark Chocolate Salted Carmel Truffle Pops, which are always a smash! Did you know CRAVE Catering is able to customize our delicious truffle pops with a logo or image?! We are always coming up with unique and fun ways to exceed the expectations our clients!
