Thursday April 12th, The Great Hall located in St. Paul had their 2nd annual Open House. CRAVE Catering was asked to be the featured caterer for this event, and we excitedly said yes! We have recently formed a relationship, as CRAVE Catering is now of the events list for their site. The space is beautiful with options of any kind of event.
The guest list for the 2nd Annual Open House at the Great Hall consisted of member of BOMA in the St. Paul Area, clients booked at the Great Hall, as well as clients that have been working with CRAVE Catering. Other vendors that were there were: EPIC who handles all onsite beverages for events, Sounds Unlimited Entertainment, and Instant Request. Everyone came together to make a successful event! Natalie from the Great Hall, who books and sells the space did a wonderful job coordinating all of the details with the vendors to make sure that all aspects were fabulous! Julie Bausch, the Building Manager, and owner Bauch Enterprises, Inc. was in attendance as well. She runs and operates the Great Hall Space, as well as the rest of the building.
When CRAVE Catering was asked to be the featured caterer for this event, it was decided to make some food that was memorable for the guests. The menu consisted of Caprese Salads in Martini Glasses, Coconut Chicken Satays, CRAVE Stuffed Mini Burgers, and Mini Desserts on the Hors D’oeuvres Table. We then had some butler passed items including our famous Mexican Roll and Seared Tuna Crispy Bars. The best portion of the event was the Interactive Italian Pasta Bar which we served two different kinds of pasta for the guests. It was a great menu, great event with many compliments. We hope to do it again with them and look forward to our continued relationship with the Great Hall!
